Dear Soccer Enthusiasts:
The Scripps Ranch Soccer Club would like to invite your club to participate in the Scripps Ranch All Star Tournament for Recreational All Star soccer teams held on December 21 & 22 /2024. This is an excellent opportunity for your team to compete against some of the best of All Star teams in Southern California.
What: Scripps Ranch Recreational Tournament
When: December 21 & 22/2024
Where: 4S Ranch Sports Complex and Ryan Park
Age groups: Boys and Girls Birth years 2017 (U8), 2016/2015 (U10), 2014/2013 (U12) and 2012/2011 (U14).
Cost: $590.00 for 2017 (2018 will have to play up on 2017), 2016/2015, 2014/2013
$610.00 for 2012/2011
Format: Regular number of players on full field based on the age group and playing 2 halves. 3 games minimum.
U8=2017 will play 7v7 with buildup line
U10=2016/2015 will play 7v7 with buildup line
U12=2014/2013 will play 9v9
U14=2012/2011 will play 11v11
Awards: 1st place team players receive gold medals and 2nd place team players receive silver medals. Also, a tournament cup and coach's plaque will be awarded to the winning coach.
Entry deadline: Midnight on November 17, 2024.

1) ROSTERS NOT NEEDED FOR REGISTERING TEAMS. WE WILL ADVISE REGARDING ROSTERS AS WE GET CLOSER TO THE TOURNAMENT DATE
We do not require rosters to be uploaded.
1) Check-in:
a) Please arrive 45 minutes to an hour before your game time and check-in at the field Marshall table.
b) Players are not needed for the check-in. Only the team manager or coach
c) Instructions for submitting your rosters.
Please complete the ABOVE spreadsheet (IN A LAST NAME ALPHABETICAL ORDER) and bring 3 copies to the check-in.
d) Have your player cards and registration forms (medical release forms) alphabetically for expedited check-in. (Please make sure to get back your player cards and registration forms. We will not hold on to them)
2) Game cards will be provided to the referee. Referees are responsible to enter scores. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO VERIFY YOUR SCORE WITH THE REFEREE AT THE CONCLUSION OF YOUR GAMES. Scores reported by referee are final.
3) You do not need to collect the game cards after your games. We will collect them all from the referees. You just show up to your games and play.
4) Gold medals will be awarded to each player on the first place teams and silver medals will be awarded to each player on the second place teams.
Also, the winning coach will be awarded a tournament cup and a plaque.

1). Instructions for submitting your roster will be provided the week before the tournament date.
2). Check in 45minutes to an hour before your first game. There is no need for players to be present at the check in. Only coach or manager needs to be there.
3). Home team (first team on listed schedule) will get to choose the side and must supply the game ball. Visiting team shall have the kickoff. In case of a uniform color conflict, visiting team must change uniform.
4). Teams will be on the opposite side of the field (space allowed). Spectators will be on the same side of the field as their own teams.
5). Parking could be challenge. Car pool is recommended.
6). Please let's keep our parks clean by not leaving trash behind.
7). Please read the tournament rules and bring a copy with you for future references.
