When does practice begin?
Practice begins in August

The coach will contact you in late July
Can my child play on the same team as a friend?
We are unable to accommodate requests to play with specific players

When do games begin?
Games begin the first Saturday after Labor Day
When do teams practice?
Teams practice during the week from either 4:00 to 5:30 or 5:30 to 7:00. The day and time are determined by the team coach
Can I choose the practice day/time?
We are unable to accommodate practice requests
When does the season end?
The season’s final game is the Saturday before Thanksgiving
Do boys and girls play on the same team?
No, the teams are not coed
If, after registering, I determine that my child cannot participate, may I obtain a refund?
A refund of 50% of the registration fee is available until July 31st
Where are games/practices held?
Our Club uses parks/schools throughout Scripps Ranch. Specific locations will be communicated by the team coach
What does the uniform consist of?
The Club provides each player with a uniform consisting of shorts, shirt and socks
What do I need to provide?
Soccer shoes, shin guards and appropriately sized ball (teams page)
Are there opportunities to play in recreational tournaments at the end of the season?
The Club runs intra-divisional tournaments for players U-9 and older that encompass the last two weeks of the regular season with championship matches the Monday prior to Thanksgiving. There are also All Star teams formed for U-7 through U-14 that participate in regional tournaments in December. Prospective All Star players are nominated by their coach to a team try-out. Information about selection opportunities is announced during the regular season
