Risk Management
The following is the information for Coaches, Assistant Coaches and other Team Administrators regarding the Risk Management finger printing process .
At this time (August 2005), the Board of Directors of the Scripps Ranch Soccer Club has decided that the Club will reimburse its members for the cost of the Live Scan process. To obtain reimbursement of the $18 fee, submit a copy of the completed Live Scan Service receipt to the Club’s Registrar, Rick Harmonson. This can be submitted at his home or via e-mail at: rharmons@san.rr.com
Members have the option of being live scanned through any Applicant Live Scan Site they choose throughout southern California. All Members must complete and take a Request for Live Scan Form whether they attend a Cal South session or go to another Applicant Live Scan Site.

Parent Information Handout
This link provides access to download a MSWord file that can be used by recreation coaches at the beginning of the season for parent information about their team.
Player Evaluation Form
This link provides access to download an Excel file containing the player evaluation form. This file is to be completed electronically by each coach, saved using their team number for the file name, then e-mailed to their division representative.
