Rich Davies
Coach of Boys Under 11 in 2011/12 season. This will be Rich’s 7th season with the club and he currently holds a Nat. “D” License. Rich began coaching back in his college days where he was a coach at Servite High School for two seasons. He has played under some great coaches during his playing years including George Logan (former Valhalla HS & San Diego State coach) and he brings their passion and commitment to player/team development in his coaching style. Rich played youth competitive soccer in San Diego and played at Valhalla High School where he was a Team Captain and earned All-League and All-CIF honors. He went on to play Division 1 College soccer at Cal State Fullerton where he was a four year starter, Team Captain and earned All Big West and Far West honors. Rich lives in the Scripps Ranch with his wife and four sons and currently plays in the S.D. Men’s league and S.R. Old Pro’s league. E-mail rbd23@aol.com

Cees “Case” Molenaar
Headcoach BU16 (probably AAA) and BU14 (Premier) for the 2012/2013 Season. Coaching experience includes 6 years of competitive soccer with SRSC, 6 years of competitive arena soccer, and 3 years of rec. including the Scripps Div. 6 All-Stars. Won multiple championships in the Presidio League and tournaments, and his prior teams qualified for Premier and the PQT. Passions are teaching skills and creating a strong team spirit. Cees played soccer at a high level in the Netherlands and the United States, and competed with and against many players who reached their respective national teams. He played for the 3rd. team of Ajax Amsterdam, won the statewide Junior College championship with Foothill College, and helped Westmont College reach a #1 national ranking in NAIA. Michael Dantu
From Cape Town, South Africa. Played soccer since age of 5. Moved to Canada at age 10. Club state Champsas youth 11 and again at 16. BC Canada youth and high school soccer – considered amongst best in North America at that time. Played against and with many future Canadian national team and professional international caliber players in State, select and all star teams. Played club team soccer at Premier level up to U-19. Won league titles and were very competitve at regional and national level. Led league as top goal scorer. Considered a pro prospect. Coached one year in Mira Mesa and had a successful 9-1 season. Scott Waid Coach -Boys U9 Red 2011-2012 – Numerous years of coaching locally
at youth recreational levels, various competitive ages and levels, and at the high school level. (both JV and Varsity – Kearny High School … late 90’s) Most notably he coached the PQ Premier U13 Boys (1999-2000) at the Premier level. Scott took a number of years off competitive coaching to raise his own children, and is just returning to coach as part of the Scripps Ranch Soccer Club. He has played locally since age 7, travelled to New Zealand when he was 11 as part of a local Select All Star Team, played competitively for PQ Express and Villa back in the 1980’s, and was a three year starter and All CIF Center Midfielder for Mount Carmel High School (class of 1986).
